Golf Swing App Reviews

More than a swing analyzer!

Worth every penny. Not just for viewing and drawing ... a real database application. Ive already loaded tons of pros and instructional content that I can bring up anytime, anywhere. Now, instead of just talking about a pro or type of swing, I can show it and even read associated instruction. Somebody put a lot into this app ... a true breakthrough.

Amazing Stroke Analysis App!

"I love taking photos and video during a round, and then using iAnalyze after the round in the grill to view the shots. I had half the grill standing around our table amazed at how easy iAnalyze is to use."

1Star. Sorry....

The biggest problem with this app is that it just takes too much time to capture each sequence. When Im at the range I dont have time to take a series of snapshots and place them from the camera roll, and them plop them into the sequence spots. What I would recommend is instant gratification. Maybe allow Real importing of video, which was misleading in your iTunes description. To all, decide with caution.

for beginners as well

Aha! finally a fun way to learn the game....i had a great time with the app this weekend. much better than paying some expensive so calledv"pro" for lessons!

Excellent

The app allows the user to view a swing of the Professional that accompanies the App, a golf Model, and any other golfer that you choose to set up a profile for. There are drawing tools that help the instructor analyze the golfers swing. Additionally, you can compare golfers side by side. You can also merge a model with another golfer to determine an "ideal position" of a golfer in the conventional golf swing. Adding a golfer is somewhat cumbersome: I take a video using the another app and take snapshots of various stages of my swing. I then import the swing sequence into the app. Another process I use is access the swing sequences from golf magazines and I import swings of various PGA Tour professionals. You can view swings in various permutations (ie single golfer, series or 24 shot picture), including comparison and merge functions. Overall, this is an excellent app. However, I recommend the following ideas for updates: "Play" button to watch sequences Automate the comparison views Allow for importing videos from the Library Option to email or save the Sequence View Additional Pro Sequences, including various swing styles (ie single versus dual plane, "natural golf" and stack and swing).

So so, not as impressive.

Was a toss up between this and Tiger Woods: my swing This app made it look as if it had more pro profiles but when dnloaded was only a generic pro profile. Oh well. I may spend money on tigers app after all now.
